Location was wonderful. Convenient to highway, a lot of restaurants and shopping, and goodyear ballpark. Nice roomy room. Staff friendly. Plenty of parking. My only suggestion would be: make sure you check on the room cleaning schedule. Not done everyday unless you schedule with front desk.

Amazing Stay! Housekeeper Jacob is super nice. Clean room and fair enough breakfast included. Good coffee. Highly recommended if you’re gonna stay in this neighborhood in Phoenix.

Located a couple of blocks from downtown and right in front of the Footprint Stadium, the Courtyard Phoenix Downtown hotel features rooms almost similar to each other but comfortable, cleaned on a daily basis, equipped with a useful coffee maker and generous in size. You can't properly say they are elegant but they look nice with functional furniture - maybe a bit impersonal - with comfortable beds and adequate lighting. In short, this is more a business hotel than a four-star classy one.. Breakfast in the morning allows you to try the local cuisine with excellent and tasty vegetarian burritos and equally delicious coffee tartlets all produced by Shamrock Farms. However, some flaws have put the hotel in a bad light in my opinion: the swimming pool is beautiful and well maintened but not heated (!); the parking at the rear of the hotel is being offered for $40 a day (ridiculous!); the small internal corner for any Daily necessities costs a fortune (a packets of Lays crisps Is 9 dollars plus taxes (!!) and lastly the staff who were not always welcoming and proactive: during my stay I absolutely wanted to try at least one ride on Waymo the worldwide well known self-driving taxi service which runs throughout the city. However, none of the members at the reception helped me to find a solution and help me having a ride. I'd say many yes but also some no.

Room was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

체크인시 시간이 너무 소요됨 층간소음이 큼 가구가 좀 안정적이진 않음 나름 깨끗하고 침대도폭신하기도 함 조식도 먹을걸로만 준비해줘서 괜찮았음 특히 오렌지가 맛있었음. 수건이나 기타 필요사항 리셉션에 요청하면 챙겨줌 그래도 5박 잘 쉬고 갑니다. 와이파이가 첫날만 되고 안되서 아쉬웠음

Horrible place not as described it isn’t a resort all amenities listed are off property miles away except for the pool and the spa is non existent the lady even said that it was no longer a resort and hadn’t been for a while

Usually one of my go 2's. But this time it took 3 days to get towels ... So I'm unsure about future stays ..I'm sure all give it another shot but better step your game to quinta dont wanna be put in the same category as roadway inn /travel Lodge @/ sweetwater
