Only a short 2 min. drive/6 min. bike ride to the beach.This home offers two zero-step entries on the ground floor where you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a double bed, a full bathroom, and the garage/entertainment area which includes a TV, washer, dryer, and 2 additional refrigerators. The garage and the downstairs bedroom have their own doors leading to the back porch and pool with optional heat.Once inside the home, a short stairway will lead you to the main living area where the open kitchen, dining area, and living room divides the sleeping quarters. On one side of the living area, you will find the Master Ensuite which includes a large walk-in closet, King bed, and dresser. On the other side, two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom provide plenty of space for everyone.
