You have excellent access to grocery stores, ADK hiking trails and Lake Placid. 1st floor has two rooms with queen beds, a living room with a 55 inch tv and sofa which unfolds to a small queen bed, and washer and dryer. 2nd floor has master bedroom with spacious study along with living room, kitchen, and enclosed deck to enjoy the outside without concern from bugs. 1/2 acre fully enclosed dog yard has access from both floors of the house. Please note for guests with mobility issues: There are slightly tricky stairs to get to the main living area both from outside or from the 1st floors circular stairs. There is a outside security camera on the driveway above the Forest Hideaway / Mountain View signs. On the main floor, for additional sleeping, or for someone not wanting to climb stairs, the living room couch pulls out to a queen bed and the couch in den pulls out to a full bed, technically a 5th bedroom, allowing room for 12 people maximum. Nightly pricing is for 8 guests, however, there is sufficient room for up to 4 additional guests (total 12 guests) for an additional $50/guest/night. Main Floor has a 3rd full bathroom (vanity, toilet, shower unit). Laundry room adjacent with full size washer/dryer; various detergents Included.
