Our cabin has two separate units with separate entrances, but we rent it as one unit together. When we visit, we like to put the kids downstairs and escape to peace and quiet upstairs. Our cabin is perfect for large or multi-families. Altogether we have 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/2 queen beds/4 twin beds/2 queen sleeper sofas - sleeps 12. Our 1 acre property has 2 large patios - one upstairs and one downstairs. Both patios have stunning views of our private pond and the mountains around Greer. Our pond is naturally spring-fed and we are the first pond of many that the spring feeds. It is approximately 90' x 40' and about 6' deep in the middle. Our kids love to catch crawdads and minnows in the pond. We enjoy that they are occupied and we can get quiet time while enjoying the views.The upstairs unit has a full kitchen, laundry closet (bring your own laundry detergent), a room with a queen bed, a room with twin bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, a large living room with amazing views of Greer, a dining table for 4, bar seating for 3, a large couch, Starlink internet, a large flat screen TV with Roku and hundreds of DVDs.
