Your area is totally secured including a private entrance and exit. This includes 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, rec room, work room, sitting room, and laundry room. There is a resident in the second-floor apartment. She is a lovely lady. She is very sweet and very respectful or our guests. She has her own private/secured entrance/exit to the property and has no access to your area, nor do you to hers. In addition, there is a private locked office within the building. The office has a separate, private entrance/exit into the property as well. If you are staying with us between Monday and Friday, you may hear people in the basement office. However, no one in the office has access to your living area and they are very respectful of our guests and their privacy. If you are staying on the weekend, there will be no one in the office.
