There is a full-size washer and dryer in the garage. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and some beach equipment available for your use during your stay. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE IS DOWNSTAIRS! It offers a split, adjustable king bed, massage chair, walk-in rain shower, and bidet. It also offers a flat screen TV & separate dressing area with tons of closet space. The master bathroom features dual vanities with a walk-in shower with private courtyard atrium. There is also a half guest bathroom downstairs near the entry. The other 2 bedrooms and entertainment loft are upstairs and one of the bedrooms has a private balcony! One bedroom features a queen size bed with a flat screen TV’s and ample closet space and the other features a full size bed with full size bed in the loft. Dana Point Harbor and downtown Dana Point. Located towards the northern section of Dana Point, it is just a short 15 minute drive into the beautiful and 'artsy' seaside town of Laguna Beach. It’s also convenient and within a short 15 minute drive (or a 30 minute bike ride for the more adventurous types) from the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District is surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries.
