It has a large couch, comfortable armchair, and 2 additional chairs. The seating is surrounding a gas fireplace and television. A short walk on a boardwalk will lead you to a dock (property and dock are owned by Grass River) on Grass River where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book, relax and watch boats go by.
