Small and cozy house on the beautiful island of Gullholmen. Wonderful terrace with ocean views. The beach is close by, and you have plenty of possibility of fishing all around the island. There's a lovely nature park only 200 m from the house, with fantastic native plants and wildlife. No cars are allowed on the island, and you'll reach Gullholmen by a ferry boat from Tuvesvik. Welcome to beautiful Lalleröd on the southwest side of Orust. Here you live with proximity to the sea, magical views on top of the mountain, beautiful nature and a variety of attractions. The cottage is located at the end of the road with a large lawn and a private terrace safely behind the mountain. Bring your coffee cup and walk the last steps up to the top in the morning and enjoy the sunrise or towards the evening the famous sunset. A few steps up to the entrance door you enter the hall of the cottage with direct connection to fresh fully tiled bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Straight ahead there is a dining area for 4 and to the left an open kitchen. Inside the kitchen is one of the bedrooms which has a day bed 80cm and which out bed becomes 160cm. In the same room there is also a single bed - 80cm. From the hall to the right you enter the living room. Here is a large cozy u-sofa and a TV of a larger model. In the middle of the house there is a wood burning stove for cozy evenings. Inside the living room there is another bedroom with a double bed - 160cm. Via a balcony door you come out to the bright and lovely glazed veranda with large sliding sections that make the inside feel like the outside. There is another dining area with seating for 6 people. The cottage has a high chair and also a travel cot for the youngest holidaymaker. Feel free to make an excursion to the nearby picturesque island of Lyr which can be reached via a free car ferry with a crossing in just 3 minutes. Lyrön was formerly called a Bohuslän in miniature with its bare, barren sea side and green, leafy inside. Here are ancient monuments from the Bronze Age, idyllic, green surroundings with small roads and several nice bathing places. On the island there is also the well-visited Restaurant Bryggvingen which also has a fish shop and is open in summer. If you are interested in shopping, you should not miss a visit to Göksäter with the bargain department store Arvid Eriksson, which is popularly called "Little Ullared" and is only 15 minutes from the cottage. A wonderful house with a panoramic view of the ocean situated in the charming fishing village of Hälleviksstrand, in the archipelago. Includes a newly built, private boathouse (or Angler’s house), and a jetty, only 60 metres from the house. This beautiful turn of the century house is situated in a residential area. It has been renovated to a high standard. There is a large veranda with a gorgeous view. The two-storey boathouse includes a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave oven, two cooking hubs and a coffee maker. The two-storey house is tastefully decorated, light and airy. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped, open kitchen and a dining area. The living room has a wood stove and a TV with thirty channels, both Swedish and English. The ground floor also contains a tiled bathroom, and a bedroom with one single bed. On the second floor there are two additional bedrooms with three beds in one of them. The upper floor rooms have sloping ceilings. Washer and drier in the cellar/basement. There are several dining places by Hamnplan: Kiosken is situated by the jetties and famous for it’s hamburgers. The pub, Mitt Andra Hem offers live music several nights a week, and a microbrewery. Or you can visit Sjöbodscafeet which offers delicious sandwiches and pastries, and a beautiful view of the water. The owners of the café offer fishing trips,a seal safari, and lobster fishing through their other company, Anders Båt och Brygga. The boat is available during week 18-24 and 32-41. There is a public, sandy beach with a bathing platform 400 metres from the house. The closest town, Ellös, is only 7 kilometres away and offers basic services.
