"Pessima ospitalità e pessima accoglienza.
Dopo aver prenotato e pagato la camera sul vostro sito, mi è arrivata una richiesta dall’hotel di pagare per le lenzuola e gli asciugamani o altrimenti dovevo portarmeli da casa. Ho pagato 39,95 euro.
Avevo comunicato all’hotel che sarei arrivato tardi la sera a causa del mio volo per Bruxelles e cortesemente mi hanno lasciato la chiave della mia stanza in un key safe. Purtroppo con pioggia e vento forti alle 10 di sera ho trascorso più di un ora a cercare di fare aprire il key safe, ma inutilmente il codice inviatomi era errato. Trovo un altro key safe e lì il codice funzionava ma dentro non c’era la chiave.
Avevo la colazione inclusa nella camera e mi è stata richiesto di pagare le uniche due colazioni fatte, ma ho rifiutato mostrando la mia prenotazione. Adesso ho trovato una e-mail dall’hotel in cui mi chiedono di pagare la tassa turistica per due persone, invece io ero il solo ospite."
