"I stayed for two nights, and overall, everything was great—except for a few issues that significantly impacted my stay. On the first morning, the cleaning staff entered my room quite early. I had left my luggage open on the floor, intending to organize it after breakfast. However, when I returned, the cleaning lady had already come in. While I understand they may have a tight schedule, it was a bit unsettling.
The real issue occurred on the last morning. I was resting in my room before the 10:30 checkout, but their key tried my door three times! The first two times, they found it locked and walked away, but at around 9 a.m., they knocked loudly, asking when I would be leaving so they could clean the room. Isn’t it standard practice to clean the room *after* the guest checks out? I didn’t stay past the checkout time, so this felt intrusive and unnecessary."
