"Recently stayed at Mango Hills in a 2 bedroom apartment. Exterior of the hotel is clean and landscaping is beautiful. Staffs are friendly and polite. However the 2 bedrooms apartment we stayed is worn out and cleanliness is lacking. Linens are old and dirty with stains. Breakfast is average and restaurant cleanliness is substandard. Hotel has potential but in need of upgrading works."

"On our family visit to Ooty & Coonoor, we stayed at Aakash Rooms and Cottages. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Me and my family felt very comfortable staying at Aakash. Staff is polite and very supportive. "I stayed at Mango Hill Central Ooty with my wife for 2 nights and 3 days, and we had a really wonderful experience. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, making it easy to travel around Ooty and visit nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever we needed something. The most special part of our stay was on the last night, when I requested the hotel team to arrange a candlelight dinner as a surprise for my wife. They arranged everything beautifully and at a very reasonable price. The decoration, ambiance, and setup were amazing and it made the evening truly memorable for both of us. I would like to give a big thank you to the kitchen and restaurant team for their excellent arrangement and service. Chef Karthik prepared delicious food for our candlelight dinner, specially we love that gobi 65 and mushroom starters amd overall food was also so good and we really enjoyed it. Special thanks to the restaurant team members Babu and Dinesh for their attentive service during the dinner. I would also like to appreciate the front office team – Cerok and Rohit for helping with the decoration and for their overall support throughout our stay. Because of their efforts, my surprise for my wife became very special. Overall, it was a memorable stay and a beautiful experience for both of us. Thank you to the entire team at Mango Hill Central Ooty for making our trip so special. "I recently stayed at The Hosteller Ooty and couldn’t have asked for a better hillside retreat. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, and the view of the Nilgiris from the deck is breathtaking. Rooms were spotless, warm, and perfectly maintained, which made the chilly nights very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to arrange a last-minute tea plantation tour for us. Evenings around the bonfire with fellow travellers created the perfect community vibe. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely return during my next South India trip."

"The property is good to stay clean and well maintained, but no restaurant except breakfast, city restaurants are too far auto charges 700 rs return for 3.5 km that is too much, zomato and Swiggy is there, less option of restaurant for vegetarians 2 to 3 only,rest all is good no complains, room 101 should have tinted view glass for privacy reasons, that should be taken care off immediately, request to owner to open restaurant as well for guest atleast . staff is very well trained and behaved thanks 👍"
