There is AC only in the principal bedroom as the rest of the house can not be closed in as you can see from the pictures. The house is designed to move the breezes through it. If using AC we ask that you only use at night ( most people prefer natural air flow which is supplemented by fans) You will have to close all the windows and the door. The Salty Mango restaurant is right next door, to the east, and Lawson’s Rock is next door to the west, with a morning café, and restaurant. Anthony’s Key Resort is 1 mile to the west, with dolphin encounters, restaurant, plus a medical facility, offering COVID testing. You can rent a car or scooter to explore the island as well. This home is close to the pool, and only a few steps to the beach. It has an onsite washer and dryer, fast internet, 2 bedrooms, each with a split AC unit.
