"Breakfast should have been served until 10 am. We got into the restaurant 9.15 and there was hardly anything left, One spoonful of scrambled egg which I had to gather from around the pan for my husband - none for me, no bacon, no sausage, no hash brown or tomato. They did have beans!! Having asked and waited, we got a bit of bacon and some sausages that were so hard we could hardly cut them!! Then , at 10am they asked us to leave the room because they had to get it ready for something else. Our bedroom was ok but there was a skylight in the roof and the sun came flooding in just after 4 am so I didn’t sleep. Waste of time having black out curtains at the window when you don’t cover the skylight. The teaspoons on the dressing table had not been washed. The shower was nice but the water came out all over the floor - our friends had the same in their room. All in all not a good experience and I wouldn’t stay there again. I did mention all of this to the reception guy but he just smiled at me. Not sure if he spoke English!"

"Great place to stay! I just left and feel kind of empty now!🥲 I will definitely miss this place, it has it all! Good location, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings and above all, excellent front desk service!😁😁👍👍 The rooms are super clean, and comfortable! They have electric heaters, TV and tea amenities 🍵 The location might represent a challenge if not willing to spend 30-40 mins to get to downtown and admire the landscape! I personally loved the trips to downtown! I kinda felt like a local going to work every morning! ☀️ I will definitely stay here with my family next time! 13/10"

"What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river.
The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh.
We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us.
We will definitely come back again."

The ground floor features a brand new, fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a kitchen island table, and a large lounge with a W/C and basin. Enjoy full underfloor heating on this floor for added comfort. Ascend the beautiful glass and oak staircase to the first floor, where you'll find three bedrooms. Two spacious double rooms boast bay windows, blackout blinds, double beds, wardrobes, and dressing tables. A single room with a 90 cm wide bunk bed and a chest of drawers with a blackout blind completes this floor. A full bathroom with a soak tub, shower, basin, and toilet. On the second floor, you'll find two fully carpeted double bedrooms, each with double beds, wardrobes, storage cupboards, dressing tables, blackout blinds, and large Velux skylight windows. This floor also has a fully tiled bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, offering an awesome view over the stretch of the Shortwood Common.

"The apartment is amazing and very well equipped with excellent amenities, making the stay extremely comfortable. The location is a big plus, especially with its proximity to Heathrow. Although the entrance can be a little hidden and slightly tricky to find at night, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I stayed on the 3rd floor, so carrying heavy luggage required a bit of effort, but it was manageable. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment."
