We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative. The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey. The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels. Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10 There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents. Many thanks Christine (room 10)

The owner is very nice. Room cleaning can be further improved.

The hotel did not have any staff member at the reception. We checked in using the kiosk and we’re allocated a room on 4 floor. The lift did not work and we have luggage and a child in a pram. We had to wait some time before the staff arrived and tried to resolve the issue.

Decent place above a pub has basic ammenities, is alright if you already know london.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and overall, it was a decent and affordable option for our trip. The service was fine, and the staff was helpful when needed. One of the best aspects was the convenient access to public transport, there were bus stops nearby, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The facilities were basic, but everything was fine and well-maintained. It's a good option if people are looking for something economical and practical.
