"The Holiday Inn was located in a quiet area, fairly central to the centre, with most of the shops, train stations, and some museums nearby. I enjoyed my stay, as the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, although small. I will definitely choose to stay there again, and have decided to visit again before the end of the year because I had such a pleasant experience."

"The location is 20 minutes walk from the city centre and 9 minutes from the nearest station. The facilities inside the toilet are quite old. Car park is great."

"Close to a metro station, but not close to any of the sites. Still, they are within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The food court / common room is nice, with lots of couches and power outlets. It closes at night though, and then there is no place to go except back to your room. The dorm rooms have air conditioning, which is nice. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi throughout. The morning and daytime front desk staff is very friendly and helpful."

"The location is perfect but even if it looks renovated, the floor creaks when you walk. You can tell its old. Bad smell coming from the bathroom. The bed is not inviting for a rest and cn hear all the noise  not just from the outside but from all the adjacent rooms."

"The location is perfect for short stay or need to transit to other places by train. The room size is ok and I am very happy with it. Private parking is a highlight. Very easy to access with clear instructions. We could access to the hotel directly from the basement parking. Staffs were helpful too."

"Hotellissa on ollut hieno oleskelu. Super keskus sijaitsee junaaseman ja Euralillen vieressä. Siinä voit parkkipaikalla hyvin ja sitten on muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä hotellille. Valitettavasti tuli hyvin lämmin päivä, jossa hotelli ei ole ilmastointia. Mutta sai tuuletin. Kaunis näkymä hotellin yläkerrasta."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean, offering good value for the price. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that there was no kettle or fridge in the room. The metro station was within walking distance, making it easy to get around and explore central Lille quickly. The staff was friendly, but I did have an issue when I requested an extra pillow. I was told there were already extra pillows in the room (which we were using), even though the customer info page mentioned that extra pillows could be requested. That was a bit of a letdown."

"Het hotel is prima. Niet zo clean en mooi als op de foto’s, maar voor een nacht is het goed. Vriendelijke en gastvrije medewerkers en het ontbijt was top. Niet veel, maar wat er was, was vers en van goede kwaliteit."

"Chambre N°36 :Tout le personnel était sympa. De jour comme de nuit. Emplacement parfait (juste en face de la gare et à moins de 10 minutes à pied des différentes places et d'Euralille). La chambre était suffisante pour notre séjour à Lille. Propreté super. Excellente literie. Chauffage nickel. Pas de visu sur la rue (juste sur une cour intérieure), ce qui est parfait pour passer une bonne nuit au calme sauf un bruit émanant de turbines ou autres (je ne sais pas !) mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé. La salle de bain de notre chambre n'est pas très grande et ne convient pas pour des personnes de grandes tailles ou à forte corpulence. Il y avait une petite attention pour notre arrivée (Nouvel An), un petit mot gentil, des bons voeux et un petit présent. C'était sympa. D'ailleurs je les remercie encore pour cette petite attention car je n'ai pas su répondre (pas de stylo!) à la lettre. Le petit déjeuné est largement suffisant et est franchement très bien. L'ascenseur est très étroit et petit mais suffisant. Attention : moquette dans la chambre et dans les couloirs. A vérifier pour les allergiques !! En résumé : Hôtel 2 étoiles qui mérite d'être connu. Franchement un très bon 2 étoiles +++++. Un petit 2 étoiles"
