Our holiday apartment - the Luchsbutze - is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a kitchenette, balcony and new bathroom. The apartment is newly renovated and looks forward to hosting lovers of the Harz Mountains. The apartment also has a garage: the car in winter, motorcycles in summer or bicycles all year round are protected and dry. The apartment is extensively equipped - of course free WiFi is also included!THE LOCATIONThe apartment is located on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680 m). The house is very quiet and is mainly used by owners. It is at the end of a dead end, right on the edge of the forest. From here you can walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski trails in 5 minutes. It takes about 12 - 15 minutes to walk to the city center.EQUIPMENTThe 40 sqm, sunny one-room apartment has a cozy living room with an integrated fitted kitchen (spacious and fully equipped). There is a 2-ring ceramic hob and a microwave with grill, which can also be used to prepare a frozen pizza. Of course, a kettle, electric coffee machine, press pot and toaster are also available.In the living room there is a corner couch that can be converted into a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) in no time. Welcome in the middle of St. Andreasberg - on 240 square meters distributed on 3 floors of a house built in 1750, renovated in 2017, modernly furnished and decorated. Whether short breaks with the large family, class trip or weekend trip with many friends: here is plenty of space! The distribution of the large apartment, in the 1. Floor and extends from there over 2 roof-floors, is the following:1. For 1 person per sofa bed, the apartment can accommodate a total of 22 persons, with 2 persons per couch for up to 26 persons. The 3.80m long dining table in the kitchen invites to cozy games in the autumn and winter as well as to the conclusion of a beautiful day in the spring or summer with a glass of wine and self-cooked food. Restaurants as well as a supermarket (also on Sundays mornings, bread delivery service) in the immediate vicinity. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and a fridge-freezer. There is also a toaster, microwave, coffee machine. Dishes and the like is present in sufficient quantity. Here, in Sankt Andreasberg and the surrounding area, you can experience pure nature with many exciting projects such as, bathing fun, paintball, high ropes course, great observatory, bat Empire, Wurmberg cable car and much more. Beautiful holiday home on the southern slope in St. Andreasberg at the edge of the forest in a very quiet location. It consists of 4 terraced houses with separate entrances for each house and each apartment. The apartments are comfortable, tastefully decorated and all different. The kitchens are equipped with modern kitchen furniture and have in the houses a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. For 50 years, the house is run by us and constantly renovated, modernized and adapted to today's requirements. So is free Wi-Fi for everyone of course. Landline phone only on request.
