The property is fully fenced and is additionally limited by a modern gate system. The location is very quiet and central at the same time. The center of Niendorf and the Baltic Sea beach are only about 500m away and can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. In Niendorf there are numerous restaurants, several bakeries, a harbor, a promenade as well as many leisure activities and entertainment options. The bird park and the Aalbeek-Niederung nature reserve are only a few minutes away from the holiday home. If you come by in winter or if the weather doesn't play along, the comfortably furnished house offers you great facilities to make you feel good.There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 free-standing beds and 1 youth room with 2 beds, 1.70x0.80), 2 bathrooms (each with toilet and shower) and a modern kitchen (with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and a dishwasher). There is also wireless WiFi and a television with satellite / cable TV. There is a washing machine for your use in a separate room.For relaxation, the 20m² large winter garden with a fascinating view of the garden and the adjacent nature reserve Aalbeck-Niederung is recommended in every season.
