"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so very kind to me. They helped me find a place to eat, they gave me a free breakfast, and they brought me water and allowed me to rest and charge my phone in the foyer while I waited for my onward train. The room was pristine, kitted out with everything you might want. The bed was very comfortable and the waterfall shower was great. They provided all the toiletries and soaps which smelt lovely. The rooms have very convenient light switches and buttons for do not disturb etc which made me feel very comfortable in my room. The location is good too, right next to a lovely park with a pretty pagoda. The restaurant just outside is very tasty. Overall this hotel made my stay in Yumen a great one. "酒店整體入住感受特別滿意，前台提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。服務效率高。前台服務態度好，免費提供購物袋，房間內採光很好，電視屏幕大清晰度也高。還支持一鍵投屏。服務效率高，需要一次性刮鬍刀，服務人員馬上送來。房間面積大通風效果不錯。酒店性價比很高，經常來。"

"positives: Tun, the manager, and the staff are very nice and friendly and went out of their way to help me. the hotel is very new and clean. negatives: the voice-activated lights and temperature do not have manual switches, which means DO NOT STAY HERE IS YOU DO NOT SPEAK CHINESE. While I was there, the washing machine did not work, so I hand washed my stuff. The staff put my clothes in the dryer for me (I put them in earlier but they still weren't dry when I was trying to go to sleep). but the next day they all smelled extremely moldy and musty, its taken two washes to get the smell out. In addition, my booking said it had a ”landmark view,” which I assumed meant a window, but the 'window' opened to a closet with fake plants. overall, my stay here was a bit stressful (trying to get laundry done, and also get the room not super hot), but the staff is great. hopefully with time the kinks will get worked out."

"前身應該是國有單位。 1:工作人員素質高，責任心強 看來是培訓很到位。 2:賓館位置很好。獨立的樓棟，獨立的停車場，免費停車，很有安全感。 3:房間寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，非常不錯。 但是，那個毛巾的確該換了（如圖）。雖説國有企業有艱苦奮鬥的傳統，但服務行業應該提供最好為顧客服務。 我是不用那個毛巾，但掛在那裡看着也不舒服，建議賓館考慮！！！"

"從網上看了好多家酒店，最終選擇這家酒店，進來大廳，首先感覺比較暖心，大廳亮堂，前台的小姐姐熱情的接待了我們，很專業，服務周到，客房服務員引領進入房間後，還是比較驚喜的，電視,燈光,馬桶,窗簾都是智能化的。房間乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗手枱麪做了獨立的空間，床墊是乳膠床墊，提高睡眠質量。早餐豐富，口味清淡，總之，性價比高，很不錯的一家酒店，強烈推薦出差旅遊的友友們入住這家酒店。"
