"房間很寬敞，衞生收拾的很好，就是枕套有些沒洗乾淨，早餐很一般，東西沒有了，跟阿姨説來點熱的就行，態度很不好，其實好好説也理解，過年期間入住率高，我去的也比較晚，早餐沒準備充足，但是阿姨態度實在太糟糕了。但值得表揚的是前台和經理，答應給做碗麪條，但一看就是點的外賣。還是值得入住的，這個價位很合理了。"

"硬件設施還不錯，房間比較大，地理位置也可以，門口就是公園和一條河，房間不是很隔音，總體來説服務也還行。問題反饋：一樓大廳的保安和前台人員缺乏服務意識，像個警察，小孩在大廳彈鋼琴，保安就兇巴巴的很生硬的跟小孩説不要彈，把小孩都嚇哭了，還是在春節期間。酒店要是嫌吵就不要把鋼琴擺出來或貼個提示，什麼時間不能彈，或者讓我們把聲音彈小點也可以，相當於大廳有其他客人在説話，你們就直接讓別人不要説話了。"
