"Wish scrambled eggs not cold every morning. Wish the room had a mini fridge. Staff helpful and professional. Location great I would just tell bus driver I wanted to return to Plaza Congress and getting back to hotel was easy on the metro. Near subway plus a hub for buses. Walking distance to Plaza Mayor. Area is easy walk to restaurants, ATMs + food markets. Mostly quiet."

"Although majestically placed in the heart of the Microcentro, or perhaps relying on this sole fact, the staff was one of the rudest and less helpful I've seen in a hotel in this price range in Latin America. They refused to speak any other language other than Spanish, and when requested to speak slowly so we could listen through the porteño accent, they didn't. When asked about their room service, the answer was a dry ”scan the QR code”. When asked about what would be open (it was Christmas), they told us to ask around the street. Luckily, the people on the streets were far more warm and helped us get around the city better. The rooms were good and appropriately clean."

As instalações são dos anos 80, mas estão passando por reforma, o que tem o potencial de melhorar a estada no médio prazo. O quarto é espaçoso, com bom isolamento acústico e térmico. O atendimento é cordial. Não são tolerantes com antecipação de chegada (cheguei às 13h30 e tive que esperar até 14h para entrar). O café da manhã tem uma boa diversidade de cereais, frutas e muitas ”facturas”, quase uma vitrine de media-lunas e outros tipos de massas doces. Senti falta apenas de ovos mexidos. É uma excelente opção com bom custo-benefício."

"The reception staff were extremely helpful, the location is fantastic with the surrounding area full of bars, plazas and restaurants. Many attractions are walking distance. The room itself, it's more like a small apartment, was terrific... plenty of space to hang out in if you didn't feel like eating out every night (we didn't) and all of the expected amenities."

"6일 숙박을 했습니다. 맨처음 배정 받은 방이 인터넷이 잘 안되어 다시 배정을 받아 7층에서 묵었는데,인터넷 문제는 없었는데,모든 시설이 낡았습니다. Gold Star 라는 전자렌지까지 있고요ㅡ 제일 중요한 문제는 6일을 2명이 묵었는데도 큰타월2개,세수타올1개,욕실 바닥용 1개뿐이었습니다. 더 달라고 해도 1일을 예약을 하나 6일을 예약을 하나 갯수(화장실 휴지도 1개뿐)는 똑같고 필요하면 1만페소를 더 내라고 합니다. 만약 오래 묵으실 거면 2일,2일,2일 예약을 하시던지 3일,3일 따로 예약을 하라고 권하고 싶습니다. 또 한가지 화장실문이 고장이 나서 갇혀 있어서 밖에서 문을 열어서 나올수 있었습니다."

地下鉄、バスが徒歩圏内で便利。近くにスーパーあり。レセプションの方は英語堪能で気さく。ホテルの利用の仕方、周囲の情報を説明してくれました。レセプションは、9時から5時までしか常駐していないのが不便かも。実際両替についても教えてもらいましたが、不明な点があり、彼に聞きたかってけど、彼がいなかったので他で両替したためにひどい目にあいました。部屋は広く、清潔、静かで大満足。 （一応お伝えします。フロリダ通りでの両替は絶対しては行けない。100枚あるはずのお札が59枚しか無かった。）

The room is equipped with kitchen appliances and all necessary tools for cooking. Overall the stay is wonderful, the location is perfect, easy access to tour buses, uber, train station and walking distance to few local attractions. The area is touristy with numbers of restaurants and bars nearby. You can also find many groceries stores nearby if you plan to cook. The check in and check out was easy with codes. The room also equipped with bathtub and bidet. I could say the best if you are travelling in group or looking for the best of value. They don’t have room clean up daily but they do come daily to check on you if you need anything such as toilet paper etc, alternatively it is quite easy to ask them for it if you need anything. Highly recommended hotel here. They don’t speak fluent English but overall I am able to communicate with them. Also to mention, the view from balcony is excellent. However, it is very important to ask in advance the requirements and your expectations because it is not considered a hotel, but more on apartment style.

Despite on my booking request for a quiet room, especially no low frequency noise, first I got a room with a very loud outside part of the Aircon. I asked to change, they called the floor staff, and she knew exactly which rooms are not noisy and she confirmed the problem in my first room. I'd be happy if they were more considerate from the beginning. The staff is very nice and helpful though. The curtains are not blackout. The bed is comfortable even for a person with back issues. Clean. I needed this particular location close to the port, but San Nicolas, which is in a walking distance, is nicer and a bit less touristy. Porto Madeira barrio is still not noisy at all during the night, at least you can't hear anything from the hotel room. Just the streets are much more crowded and less clean than in San Nicolas. Good security at the lobby. The elevators which close the inner door automatically. Generally, take your own shower cup etc with you when travelling in Argentina and Brazil.

I'm always so happy to stay in the Top Rentals Downtown hotel in Buenos Aires. Very good location in the heart of Buenos Aires. Very clean and comfortable rooms with so beautiful views of the city in the high floors. I really would like to say my thankfulness for Nelson, Rocio, Agostina, Indra and all of other Team of the hotel. They are all very warmly, friendly and such a helpful and strong team. The breakfast in the Saint Moritz Restaurant is so fantastic. One of my favourite hotels in the Buenos. Strongly recommended

Location, location, location. Excellent Punto cafe across the road, a Western Union branch round the corner, police station 2-3 blocks down, lotsa grocery stores around you, walking distance to San Telmo market, location is Babel Studio’s greatest advantage. The other thing about location would be Argentinian late night party culture, you may not get a good nights sleep. Clean and spacious room, reliable AC, hot water and pressure, it ticks the boxes for what one would expect in a stay. The only improvement I would hope for is to adjust the shower head holder, I’m 6 ft and can reach it comfortably but for someone shorter it might be a stretch. Also the monochrome design is modern and attractive but the white lighting makes the room feel harsh on the eyes. Warm lighting would do wonders for the space. We did not have a smooth check in experience and was stranded outside for 15 min until another guest let us in as they were leaving. Would be good to receive check in info prior to the stay as the reception is not manned round the clock. Overall a pleasant stay and highly recommend.
