This cozy, smoke-free, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located 1/4 mile from the popular Conley Bottom Marina. Located on the last road before the resort entrance, it is just a 1 minute golf cart drive or car ride to put your boat in the water.There is a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a keurig machine, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. The handmade farmhouse kitchen table seats 6 comfortably. The back porch has a view of the neighboring pond. Trash bags and paper towels are provided.The main bedroom has a brand new king size bed and a 55 inch flat screen tv.
