A small gravel road off the main street leads down to the home and there is plenty of parking for several cars and boat trailers however it may be difficult for some as it is a narrow road with tight turns so we don't recommend trailers longer than 20 feet. Jet Ski's and Sea Doo's are welcome to use our launch ramp on the property and boats should launch in town at Red Bud park or the free ramp at Clearlake Oaks which is just across the water from this home.(All TV's Are WiFi Roku TV's) and can connect to your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Pandora or other online apps. Our ranch/farm is located between Upper Lake and Nice. We are right on the corner of Highway 20 and the Nice /Lucerne cutoff in California.
