"The check-in was a disaster from the start. We arrived 45 mins after check-in time and our room wasn't ready. While the clerk was friendly it's unacceptable that our room wasn't ready AFTER check-in time. She was apologetic and seemed distressed about the situation but still doesn't help with the fact that our room wasn't ready. The clerk asked if we minded moving to another floor instead of the one assigned. Ok, stuff happens. BUT when we get to the room that she moved our stay to it smelled worse than any room I've ever been in. Smelled like pure sulfur and the carpets were questionable at best. The beds looked like they had just been remade. Went to desk to try and get another room. Stood there for almost 30 minutes and no clerk. Go back to the room and waited. Went back to desk and just as we are getting to the desk no one is at desk again as the clerk is disappearing around the corner. Stood and waited another 15-20 and no.clerk. We finally gave up and brought our own blankets in from the car and slept on top of the provided sheets and blankets. Pretty disappointing out of a Hampton to say the least. Never in my life have I had this experience with a Hampton and to be frank I probably won't return. I paid a substantial amount for this room and the experience has soured me on returning."

"房間還算乾淨，有大小毛巾，洗髮水，沐浴露。 但是沒有礦泉水，沒有熱水器，沒有茶包，沒有咖啡。 一樓前台那裡有兩個暖壺是咖啡，可以打兩杯拿到房間裏去。 前台的英語太差了，旅館訊息説對應西班牙語。 按金是50美金現金，退房時記得要回來。 位置在市中心的東方，距離機場有30公里多，出租車要35（白天到50美金（晚上）。 入住人基本上是開車族，退房時間是上午11點可以延時到12點。"
