Our home is tucked away on a private drive and sits on 1.3 wooded acres. Beautifully landscaped with sweeping covered porches wrapping around the home and private deck off master suite all with beautiful lake views. Cozy up to our outdoor wood burning fire pit or gas firepit off the private deck off the master or relax inside the spacious living room with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating on the comfy couches.Please note that we cater to families and laid back vacationers. If you are looking for a party house, we would not be your destination. We want to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our guests as well as our neighbors. The main floor includes beautiful kitchen with high end cabinets, quartz countertop, large farm-style dining table, gas fireplace, spacious living room. This is a one of a kind Finger Lakes vacation experience. With 2 Acres of mowed lawn, a heated 20 x 40 foot gunite, in ground pool, hot tub, screened porch, gourmet kitchen (soapstone counters, farm sink, subzero fridge, gas range, secondary ovens/fridge) and a gas fire pit by the pool - this is the premier retreat. We believe you will love this spot as much as we have, It is close to Wegmans, Bristol - skiing, hiking and great activities. This was our private home. We live in the area and want to be certain that those interested in renting our property will be respectful of it and our neighbors. Check in time is at 4:00 PM day of arrival and check out time is at 10:00 AM day of departure.
