We were looking for a hotel near our family. We received a suggestion from Trip.com to take a gander at La Quinta Inn & Suites Sea World. The price offered for our lengthy stay was unbeatable elsewhere. I read the reviews and had a few concerns, but you just never know. Now, what I am about to mention I do not say lightly because I travel extensively. We arrived at the hotel after an exhaustive travel day on the road. We were greeted by a young lady named Samantha. She was probably the best front desk clerk that I have ever encountered. She was inviting, respectful and welcoming to La Quinta. She asked how our day was and assured us that our stay would be as comfortable as she could make it. She explained everything and directed us to the elevators. As we walked away, she reminded us to call on her if we encountered any issues and wished us a good night. The hotel was clean and safe. I woke up during the night and looked outside the window to check on my vehicle. I found a security vehicle stationed at the entrance of the property. This was good to see and put me at peace. The only issues that I had was the coffee and the room. I found the coffee to be Luke warm to cold on two occasions in the morning. As for the room, the hotel was a non smoking hotel, but I swear someone had previously smoked in the room. The aroma wasn't too bad but I could tell. It was tolerable but unfortunate. You trust visitors to follow the rules but not all can be controlled. A huge thanks to the best front desk clerk Samantha who checked in on us during our week visit. Thank you!

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. The free hotel shuttle is available, but you need to call the hotel for pickup at the airport. The room was spacious, brightly lit, and relatively quiet on the fourth floor. The air conditioner cools quickly, although it's a bit noisy. The shower's warm water comes on fast. Overall cleanliness was not bad, though there were some stains and a long hair on the towel. The bedding was very comfortable, and I had a good rest.

Lisa - Review house-keeping routine/policy, currently room service is every 3-days and this does not work for our stay. We were there 4-days and on day 3 room wasn't cleaned. Bathroom doesn't have a fan so moisture stays in the room too long as hanging towels over shower bar didn't dry out towels and this cause mildew smell. Trash cans only had 1 plastic liner. Went to check-in counter and requested clean and the next day didn't arrive so i saw the room cleaner with her cart and got fresh towels. On arrival the room had only 3 fresh towels in the bathroom which should have been 4 Suggestion of Improvements 1 - Complete Room service every 2 days 2 - Automatically deliver fresh towels daily as the air is very humid 3 - Trash cans to have multiple plastic liners inside so when trash is removed then there is another one ready to be used, this will keep trash cans cleaner 4 - Review number of occupants and have sufficient fresh towels in the room, 2 people equal 4 towels. 5 - Add bathroom evacuation fan so that moisture from a hot shower will be removed quickly 4 -

We were excited after reading the reviews on Google, but when we arrived the single elevator was broken. We asked for a first level room, but were told they were sold out for the night. We arrived to our room and it smelled like it was smoked in but covered in air freshener. The smell seemed to be soaked in the walls. Since we were already told they were sold out, we didn’t attempt to ask for another room. The rooms mostly clean. We had 3 people and only 2 sets of towels. The room felt muggy and again, smelled.

I recently had a delightful two-night stay at Super 8 By Wyndham. The hotel's clean and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was a okay but just there was only one waffle maker machine and the wait time was longer if you don’t want to wait in the long line I recommend to go early morning like 7:30-8:00 AM and it’s better if the management put one or two more machines that way the guest don’t wait long I highly recommend Super 8 for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

Although the hotel was in a location we needed and was a great price, our stay was impacted by the hotel’s inability to have a room ready for us one and a half hours after check in time. We had a function to attend that night and drove in for it but needed to clean up and dress for the occasion. They told us it would be at least 30 minutes to an hour to have a room ready and possibly longer. We notified trips.com and they made a phone call to try to speed up the process but were told the same thing. We looked for a hotel in the same area but no rooms were available on a Saturday night and last minute (understandable). Just as we were resigned to making an unfavorable decision, we checked back with the hotel and they were able to give us a room (just not what we reserved) that worked. I was also disappointed that the manager never showed his face at the counter when multiple people were there dealing with the same issue. Made the clerk at the front desk deal with unhappy customers.

The staff was courteous enough and check in went smoothly. If you have an upstairs room, be warned there isn't an elevator and those stairs are no joke. The room could have used a remodel; it has definitely seen some wear and tear but was clean. The bedding seemed on the newer side and wasn't the awful, sometimes scratchy bedding you get with cheaper facilities. No signs of bugs, the A/C worked great. It was what it is intended to be, a place to sleep and take a shower. Some of the other guests were a little rowdy, but the noise level didn't seem excessive late into the night. It was a convenient location for my business trip, and I could see me staying there again.

Most happy and feels pleasure hotel to stay forr a. Night. Well located nearest to the airport and cost less by Uber . I'm surprised to see the room is clean and neat . Feel extremely relax and fresh bed sheet and pillow to lay down . Give me a pleasure and good mood to sleep with soft bed . Lighting gives a great mood like home . After aa warm shower, I felt so refreshing and clean . It's great and price is worth to stay. Recommended highly to travellers and hoikday makers.
