"First of all, there were extra fees involved beyond the full trip. Com price which was supposed to include all fees. The explanation was that using trip.com causes this which you find out when you arrive. There is a sign at the front desk explaining it and is only around $20 with tax but would have been nice to know about when I was comparing hotel options.
As for the room, it is older, but was clean. The ocean front view was great as is being next to the beach and they have a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast option was not awesome. For myself, I would look for other options next time"

"The location is very convenient, it is not far from the beach or restaurants. Our room looked clean, except for the bathroom tub, it had some stains, and there was a weird odor in the room, the best way to describe it is like an attic smell, but once the ac was turned on it got better. Breakfast was simple, coffee, juice, muffins, bagels and oatmeal packages. Not bad at all for the price paid for 2 nights, Staff was nice as well."

"The check in was a breeze. The staff was very nice and friendly. The entire place was clean, the only thing I would have to complain about would be the bed, very hard stiff feeling but other than that it was an awesome visit."

We LOVE the Driftwood! It’s an easy walk to the Margaritaville strip, always clean and friendly front desk.
Only issue was the cleaning staff (which we have never had an issue with) was a little over top on trying to get our rooms cleaned on check out day and ruined our last couple of hours visit with our children and grandchild. I can appreciate your wanting to get the job done but not at the expense of kicking the customer out of their rooms.

The hotel was an older hotel that has somewhat been updated. There is no elevator. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are very small. The toilets are the kind that you would find in businesses not in hotels and they flush so hard; they are so loud. The cold-water knob on the tub was hard to turn. I was scared I was going to strip it turning it. Also, there is really no shelving in the bathroom to lay anything. There are knobs to hang stuff but no shelving. There was hair in the bathtub and on the step of the tub. The rooms are only getting the bare minimum of cleaning. The bright side is that check out is 11 instead of 10, which was a blessing. Also, even though the hotel was full, we were able to get good parking and they did have an ice machine. However, I would only stay here again as a last resort. Due to how small the room is and the size of the bathroom.

It was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead.
The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

What a location! Absolute beach frontage - complete with a balcony overlooking the beach with the stunning emerald water as the back drop. The room has everything we require, and was the most up-to-date room that I’ve stayed in in this price range. I would definitely stay there again, and I’d also recommend it to others.

My husband and I decided to do a random overnight stay at the beach. Bikini Beach Resort had everything we needed, the front desk staff was amazing. There was one African-American woman that checked us in who had outstanding customer service. If we have another chance to come for a quick stay, we will be coming back. Thanks so much for the great service!

We got the 2 full size beds & a bunk bed in the one room. That part was great as we had 3 out of our 4 kids on this trip & my sick mother that I did not want her in her own room. Well the top bunk bed was great but the bottom one that a ”so called mattress” which in reality was just a mattress topper. Not sure if it has to do that it can also be turned into a futo or ”day bed”. It was honestly no thicker then an inch to an inch & a half. Also the bathroom had a cloth curtain & it smelled awful!! As the day went on, it was more pungent. After we all took a shower it was disguised by the nice smell of our shampoos. It was overall clean but would be nice if they switched out the bottom bunk bed ” so called mattress” to an actual bunk bed mattress & the curtain in the bathroom after every use, it would be a GREAT place to book!! No questions asked!

The room is clean but the microwave doesn’t work. Not a big deal because I didn’t need it. However, this crazy lady keeps waking me up every night in the middle of the night banging on my door. She’s not crazy or drunk, she just keeps forgetting which door to bang on. Maybe she’s ****, I don’t know. Her room is 2 more doors down. How hard is it to memorize your room number? It’s not the fault of Quality Inn. Just my complaint about the neighbors.
