We were a bunch of 4 lads. Stayed in the Quadruple room. Pretty clean. The room service guys were polite and helpful... No intercom nor any chairs to sit inside. But we setup a place right outside the room. You have to phone the front desk for everything. Good parking and open spaces to play. Good was ok. Not bad. The receptionist guy was a bit grumpy. Apart from that nice chill place .!!

Vanam Holidays offers panoramic valley views from spacious, well appointed rooms with balconies. The rooms have western style ensuite with toiletries. The hotel is situated a short distance outside of Ooty and offers sweeping views of the Kethi Valley and surrounding mountains. The rooms provide direct views of tea plantations and garden farms. The location is great for walking with a new sealed road that winds itself up into rich farming lands inclusive of tea, mushrooms and other crops and the opportunity to see a diverse range of birds. Without a doubt the prize of Vanam is the exceptional service provided by hotel staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have a memorable stay. The food - is fresh, tasty and gloriously cooked in a loving home style way - by the most caring ladies you will ever meet. We stayed extra nights just to enjoy the delicious foods from our room and to savour the views from our room. Special mention to Udaykumar, Ambika Amma, Jaya, Bipin and Jaya who truely make Vanam an amazing stay - look forward to our return visit!!

Very good hotel, peaceful area and clean rooms. It is just 1. 3 km from the railway station. The caretaker was very good and polite. Food isn't available but swiggy zomato available and decent veg options too. Silent locality and away from all chaos

As my friends planned for a ooty trip,going by train to conoor..They need a fresh up at conoor...They enquired me to find out a good one...Me on searching on Google found these one ..Hotel Vivek..I contacted there ..One of the front office executive Abhitha and Sumaya attended the call...From the beginning itself they clearly,patiently and kindly explained all things...we need a fresh up for 18members...They arranged us rooms at a reasonable price....That impressed us alot..so thankful to Abhitha , Sumaya and whole team arranged and communicated well with whole team......so no communication issues was there during there vist at morning 5am After the hotel visit my friends telling that this was a great set one...really cool pleasant calm ambience with nice scenery....clean rooms well maintained....They don't feel like leaving the room....Am so happy in hearing these... excited to stay once while passing conoor... Such a great experience...Thanking you once again.....😊😊😊😊🥰💐🍁🙏
