There are also 2 very comfortable 3 seater sofas !!WC suspended.A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and cupboards.An independent part of 20 m2 with office space + TV corner with sofa bed (2 people) and a mezzanine (double bed).1st floor:2 bedrooms with a 140 cm wide bed + cupboards respectivelyA third bedroom with a cot plus a single bedA very pretty bathroom with bathtub and suspended WC.A wooden terrace of 50 m2 with garden furniture (new), deckchairs, table + 6 chairs, barbecue and a garden (lawn) complete the package.All the furniture (sofa, bed, mattress, furniture ...) is new (1 year). The house is fully equipped for a good holiday (dishes, pots, cutlery ...)!We provide sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases on request, with a supplement of € 10 per tenant. For bath towels an additional € 5 will be requested per tenant.Parties are possible.Small animals accepted.Very nice performance.
