"Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place"

"The hotel is at a very convenient location with lots of cafes just outside of the hotel. It is also within walking distance to all the tourists attractions in Valencia. The service staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is nicely decorated (a bit nostalgic) and the theme of my room is”Gone with the Wind”. Given the location and service offered, this hotel is definitely of good value for money."

"Located close to Amistat metro station. Mind that the location in Google Maps as of the time of this stay is wrong and rely on the location given in trip.com. The check in was smooth. The hostel was undergoing a kind of construction, so the actual conditions might significantly soccer from the photos. Wifi worked well."

"Palvelu oli erittäin mukava. Henkilöstö oli ystävällinen ja antoi meille neuvoja asiat tehdä Valenciassa ja mistä löytää ne. Olin erittäin tyytyväinen kaikkeen, paitsi kylpyhuone, joka haisi hyvin. Muuta kuin se oli hyvä oleskelu. Suosittelen sitä."

"Hostel on lähellä kaupungin keskustaa Lähellä nähdä nähtävyyksiä niin helppo pääsy Sokkeli ja lamppu seinälle Locker iso tarpeeksi mahdollista vuokralukko Oikeudet antavat jonkin verran yksityisyyttä Nukuin hyvin oli hiljaa. Ei ongelmia kuuman veden pyyhkeen shampoo sisältyy Ehkä suihku ja vessa ei ole niin iso, mutta minulle se oli ok Tulen varmasti takaisin. Henkilöstö oli hyvin ystävällinen ja apukas."

"Location: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport. Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it. Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice. Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that."
