The coastal village of Can Picafort is popular among those who love the beach and the sea since it features a dreamy beach, lots of restaurants and a lively atmosphere. The house, however, is located in a quiet area and it has two -front and back- terraces. The back terrace is perfect to celebrate great evenings al fresco or enjoy a good breakfast before the day starts. A large parasol protects from the sun. In the evening, maybe you feel like cooking some barbecued vegetables and meat, and a mobile barbecue is available for it. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The house was built in 2017 and it has a Mediterranean style -modern, with stoneware floors, light colourful furniture and beautiful drawings to give a lively touch to the rooms. The spacious living room has satellite TV and it is open to the dining area which can accommodate 6 people. The dining room presents a door which leads to the back terrace and this is quite helpful in case you cook a barbecue outdoors but want to enjoy it inside.
