"位置不錯，附近好像有學校，適合準備考試過一晚的人，去政府機關辦事也挺方便的。停車需要找路邊停車位，沒有停車場，在路邊就看到大招牌，位置在轉角位。有電梯上樓，住在八樓，單人間，空間很窄，設施比較老舊，冬天打算開暖氣，沒想到空調一開就呼呼響，影響睡覺，而且開了也沒有效果，還是一樣的冷。桌子挺多灰塵的，應該很久沒人住了，也沒有打掃。房間有窗户，提供的一次性用品很一般（不好）有洗手間，電視機，櫃子等等"

"服務真的暖到我：前台小姐姐/小哥哥説話超温柔，辦理入住時主動問要不要靠窗房，還提醒附近好吃的餐館（按頭安利她推薦的XX店！）。中途需要加毛巾，不到5分鐘就送來了，連打掃阿姨都會笑着打招呼，像回家一樣舒服~
2. 房間比照片還乾淨：本來擔心網圖濾鏡重，結果推門就被驚艷——地板反光，床品白得像剛換的，浴室居然沒有水漬！床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有高低兩種選擇，對頸椎不好的人太友好了😭 晚上安靜到一覺天亮，窗簾遮光率100%，懶人福音！
3. 細節控狂喜：房間裏有免費礦泉水、茶包，居然還有棉簽和卸粧棉（救了沒帶卸粧水的我）！走廊有製冰機，夏天回來噸噸喝冰水解暑，太爽了～ 早餐雖然不算豪華，但有本地特色小吃XX，現煮的麪條/粉超香，連豆漿都是現磨的，誠意滿滿！

最後一晚住的房間有不少小動物在運動，，，挺嚇人的，，，後來前台幫忙房間升級處理了，，，，其他不多説，一分錢一分貨，，，自己選擇的自己承擔

做過好多好多次的賓館了，來新田出差，基本上住在這裏。該有的設施都有，就是有一點點老舊的衞生，一般般。床品還算乾淨，就是隔音不太好，早上隔壁房間起床吵得很。

衞生：酒店位置真的很好，。衞生：每天都有打掃房間，物品擺放整齊，房間都有配免費的2瓶水，還有本地茶葉，房間備有晾衣架，很適合商務出差和出遊的客人入住。隔音效果也是槓槓的，關上門窗很安靜，房間也很寬敞，光線很好，陽光可以照進房間，不用出門可以享受滿滿的日光沐。前台人員也很熱情，特別親切，像鄰家的小姐姐那般，感覺很温暖。下次首選這家酒店。

有個服務員態度非常好，有一個服務員態度非常差。那個掃地的大姐態度太差了，特別投訴，我是昨天下午去的，我車停到門口，他説老闆會生氣，他讓我開走，他説會罵人的，太不講人情了。但是我還在。所以差評。
