因工作原因，臨時來到這個縣城，租的房不能及時入住，不得已住賓館，在軟件上一眼看到新宇賓館，看上去整潔乾淨，入住了和圖片上是一樣的。裏面設施齊全，所有的洗漱用品都是一次性的。老闆娘好好，本來是12點退房，我們想在賓館午休，老闆娘答應了。退房了，我和另外一個小夥伴奔赴工作崗位，把行李又放在了賓館，讓老闆娘幫忙照看。來寧明可以首選這家房間乾淨，老闆娘熱情的店，絕對值這個價。

環境：還可以！情況**：床品、浴室、地毯是否乾淨整潔，有無異味。 - **設施配置**： - 基礎設備：空調、電視、WiFi（網速是否穩定）、熱水壺等是否齊全。 - 細節：浴室是否乾濕分離，備品（洗髮水、沐浴露）質量，吹風機、冰箱是否好用。 - **舒適度**：床墊軟硬、隔音效果、窗簾遮光性等。

房間有點名宿的感覺，挺乾淨，在建材市場對面，離我去的地方近，就住在這裏，已經住了好幾次了，感覺還可以，性價比高。

服務態度好，我訂了兩間房，牆還是比較白，熱水要放一段時間，床還乾淨，車停在路邊，對面是汽車站，吃飯要開車去。這個酒店的名字起的比較大，其實不大。縣城的私人旅館

This hotel is close to the train station, but far away from the center of Ningming. The buses are hard to find, and a bus stop is close, but it is impossible to know when buses are available. By chance, there are many tricycles that can bring you to the center at low prices (some are cheaper, some are less cheap). The reception in this hotel doesn't speak English but they are friendly. A few cheap restaurants close to the hotel but more in Ningming. In 2017 I found a cheaper hotel in the center but it was impossible to find it again. At that time the tricycles were more funny to take from the train station to the center, see the photo, now it looks like they have all been renewed by more standard vehicles. One thing has not changed : if you take a bus to Pingxiang, be sure to waste time at the security checkpoint between the two cities, take the train... This city is growing very fast and the center has changed a lot.

房間不小，乾淨整潔，床鋪舒服；衞生間設施不錯，熱水大。停車場在酒店後面，前台帥哥熱情的帶路進去。酒店位置不錯，在鬧市區，周邊有一些餐館，晚上是夜市，吃飯方便；早上是早市，有水果可買。推薦

春節初四沒有漲價，滿房，停車衹能停放7輛，服務員喊停外面，線外隨停，線內收費，如果不得可以不住。假期不得不低頭啊，附近有夜市和農貿市場。
