"酒店真是一言難盡。看設施，酒店前期真是挺投入的，但是，後續的經營管理維護服務卻沒跟上。酒店安裝了智能馬桶，但是馬桶坐圈壞了，沒修。房間裝修挺好，但是衞生間房頂留個洞卻不把蓋板蓋上，房間的窗户不關上這個洞就呼呼透風。擺個桌子很方便，而且看着很好看很結實，但是晃晃悠悠下面得墊雙拖鞋才能穩定。最糟糕的是入住當晚停水了，據説是縣城裡一個工地把水管刨壞了……可以不洗漱，但是不能不上廁所呀！酒店衹有一個人值班，問啥都是不知道、沒辦法。我們預訂了兩個房間，衹好都用垃圾桶接水（酒店熱水管裏還有剩餘的熱水）沖馬桶。次日早上，水來了，但是水是渾的黃的，而且一個房間有水，另一個房間不知為啥一直沒有水。早餐不敢去餐廳吃了——怕是用渾水做的飯。我們從車裡拿了瓶水和方便麪填了肚子，就繼續行程了。……真是狼狽的一夜。"

馬桶蓋子真的不打算換麼，是真的擦也擦不乾淨的污漬，並且嚴重移位。門也沒裝好，隔音特別差。半夜十二點一羣小孩子在走廊裏跑跳尖叫，房間內沒找到可以聯繫前台的方式，差點打110。
其他都好，床品乾淨舒適，顏色搭配也特別舒心。尤其後麪停車場調度的小妹妹十分用心幫我們看着充電排隊, 我們中途還短暫出去了一下，她能記得我們的車子,真的心細。"

"停車位在酒店背面的路邊，酒店前台有監控可以看到車位，有電梯通前台和房間。房間有點冷，老闆馬上推來電暖器，床上有電熱毯，所以不會太冷。高原小縣城條件有限，好在被褥還比較舒適，被罩床單是換過的，這點很重要！馬桶下水不太順暢，老闆馬上給疏通。但馬桶沖水是黃色的，後來發現水龍頭出水也是淡黃色的，衹能用瓶水湊合刷了牙，臉都沒洗。還有房價的問題，標間攜程預訂三百多，遇上有人現場詢價才兩百多，這是什麼操作？攜程客人冤大頭？"
