Located on the south shore of PEI on the ocean, it is a cozy and comfortable , new, three bedroom cottage. The decor is very modern and light. There is wifi, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and dish washer. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed, bedroom #2 has one queen bed, and bedroom #3 has 1 single bed and one double bed ( in the form of bunk beds) and another double bed. The kitchen and living room are open concept and there is a 50 inch TV in the living room. Also, there are TVs in each bedroom. There is a large deck overlooking the ocean, equipped with a BBQ and deck furniture. The cottage is air conditioned. And there is a fire pit over looking the ocean. The cottage is located within a 40 minute drive to Charlottetown, about 30 minutes to Cavendish, 15 minutes to 'Summerside and about 10 minutes off the Confederation Bridge. It is also conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the charming town of Victoria By the Sea. Victoria is a very quaint and small village with lots to do. There are several very good restaurants, summer theatre, and lots of tourist shopping.
