"The hotel is clean and well-maintained, both in the rooms and throughout the common areas. The staff, especially at the pool bar and in housekeeping, were very friendly and helpful. The nearby beach was beautiful and easily accessible, and the pool itself was nice, offering a pleasant place to relax – if you managed to get a pool bed! Unfortunately, towels were left on pool chairs for hours every day (sometimes up to three hours) to reserve spots, making it difficult for others to find a place. People would claim chairs early in the morning and then disappear to get ready, eat breakfast, and have a relaxing morning knowing their favorite pool spot was waiting for them. This went against hotel policy, but management did nothing, even after we raised the issue. This made mornings stressful for us, as we didn’t want to reserve chairs unfairly but still wanted to secure a place by the pool. The hotel seems to be expanding, adding more rooms, which might worsen the already overcrowded pool situation in the future. Happy hunting! :) Further, the hotel itself feels poorly designed and built, with some areas seeming unbalanced or awkwardly arranged. Our room lacked attention to detail; many things were crooked or improperly installed. The phone and TV didn’t work properly however they did fix the TV quickly after we mentioned it. There was also an issue of outside noise due to the lack of a door between the hallway and bedroom and at one point, the power was cut off without any notice, leaving us without electricity and water. It turned out to be planned maintenance and not an emergency, so advance notice would have been appreciated. Another major concern was the lack of understanding regarding dietary needs. There was confusion over vegan and vegetarian dishes – one menu labeled dishes as vegan, while another labeled them as vegetarian. When we asked the staff, they treated the two as the same thing. "Vegan, vegetarian? It's the same!" This is unacceptable, especially for guests with allergies, like those to dairy. Proper training for the staff is urgently needed to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. The surrounding area is heavily touristy and lacks the authenticity one might expect from a more traditional Greek experience. It felt more like a typical charter destination than anything unique or local. In summary, while the hotel has some good qualities, such as its cleanliness, friendly staff, and proximity to a nice beach, several issues need to be addressed – particularly the staff’s understanding of dietary needs and the issue with reserving pool beds, as well as the lack of enough beds for all guests, especially with the upcoming expansion of the hotel. Sadly, we will not be returning."

"I had a sports massage from Seigio at the I-Resort hotel on the 10-Sep-26. The massage was excellent. Seigio removed all the knots in my upper back with some ease (I’m a runner and so tend to get these). It wasn’t painful at all. Very enjoyable and completely relaxing. My partner had a similar massage from Priya. She found it very relaxing. Again all the upper back knots were removed. We both had an excellent experience which was well worth the money. We would both recommend the experience."

"We have been coming to this town of Stalis on Crete for 30 years and we booked this hotel, which was completed last year, in June, but it is also the last time! Rooms are far too small and you can barely get into the shower, and they charge almost €200 for a hotel room, which is certainly not worth it. Furthermore, the manager and owner are very unfriendly and nothing at all at the resort itself. to experience . It all looks nice in the photos, but this hotel is certainly not worth the price. Advice is not to book this hotel, there are much nicer hotels or apartments on Stalis and also for a different price there."

"What a beautiful place and setting! The apartment was absolutely perfect, very clean and very spacious with the all important air-con! The beds were very comfortable with crisp, white sheets and towels supplied. The pool area is lovely with loungers and the apartments overlook the beautiful bay of Stalis which is a stunning way to drink your morning coffee or while away the evenings. The walk into Stalis is less than 10 minutes downhill with a convienient supermarket at the bottom of the road. The setting though is idyllic and peaceful and this is family run so you can be assured of a very warm and sincere welcome by Chris who is super friendly, extremely helpful and a genuinely nice man. Please do yourselves a favour and stay at Villiana, an absolute diamond of a place and very reasonable too. 10 out of 10 but more if we could give it! Roy, Anke and Molly."

"Meillä oli hiljattain ilo jäädä Blue View Villas huoneisto lomallemme Kreetassa. Miellyttävästi suunniteltu huoneiston loma Kreetassa, ja kokemus ylitti odotukset. Hän kutsui meidät esittelykokoukseen, jossa hän jakaa arvokkaita näkemyksiä paikallisesta alueesta ja tarjosi valinnan perinteisistä kretalaisista ruoanlaitoksista. Tämä ele ei vain osoitti alueen kulinarinen perintö, vaan myös antoi meille todellisen tervetulleita. Aamiainen ensimmäisenä aamuna oli toinen muistinmuistettavissa korostaminen. Eva valmisteli valikoiman kotitekoisia ja kotitaloudessa kasvatettuja tuotteita, jotka ovat peräisin hänen äidistä, tarjoavat aitoja makua Cretan perinne. Nämä esineet lisäsivät henkilökohtaisen ja merkityksellisen kosketuksen majoitustamme alkuun.
