De gastvrouw maakt dit verblijf een echte 10/10. De ontzettend lieve eigenaresse werkt zich in het zweet om je de beste tips voor hikes/excursies/tours te doen in de omgeving. Zonder dat je iets bij hun hoeft te boeken. De tenten zijn zeer luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ligt op een mooie plek in de stad en ondanks dat het midden in de natuur ligt, hebben wij geen enkel insect in onze tent gezien.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is a camping place in the heart of town. The site was completely enclosed in a bush environment, however once in the bush environment the tents were luxury personified. My tent had all the facilities of an upmarket hotel room. However, there are also tents that share communal facilities if you prefer a lower cost option. The cost was in no way prohibitive. The staff were all very obliging and friendly. I would definitely stay at Urban Glamping again.

We spent a week in the Luxury tents at Urban Glamping in the middle of December 2024 and were blessed with the most amazing weather. The accommodation was comfortable, the rooms were serviced daily and the best part is we didn't do dishes once during our stay - when using the communal kitchens, the dishes are done for you. We had kiddies with us who were in and out of the pools most of the day which meant there was a lot of water on the walk ways and ground - but not to stress, there was a patient and lovely lady with a mop, constantly mopping the walk away behind the kids to keep them dry and slip proof. Our only disappointment was that the pool table was uncalibrated / off balance, which was not a problem as one of our guests in our group is good at calibrations and kindly offered to fix the table for the resort. Once he had fixed the table we were promptly told by management that the children are not allowed to play with the pool table (there are no signs stating this).

We were very impressed by this Location ❤️ You step into the luxery tent area and feel Like you're stepping into another world. The common areas were well kept and the staff was friendly and very attentive. We stayed in tents 6, 7 and 8. It was Clean and the Attention to Detail was lovely. Already looking forward to staying Here again.

Your rooms are extremely hot with a poor quality of fans. If you can’t put an air conditioner then at least in good fans. I couldn’t sleep the whole time I was there because of the heat. Fan you only feel when you’re next to it. Please do something about this cos I’m never coming back there
