A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet and/or you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Certified service animals are allowed free of charge, but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one. This is a nonsmoking property. Please shower or hose off the sand before entering the home from the beach. We thank you! No more than 6 vehicles permitted on property. You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
