Treloyhan Manor Hotel

We absolutely loved Treloyhan Manor .We had a super room ,very big and spacious and modern .Everything you would need was there ,even a welcome pack ,of milk etc. The bed was super comfortable as the pillows .Everything was so clean .But our welcome from Leanne and Jenny made us feel special ,and enjoyed having our little chats and learning a bit more about the Manor .The grounds and the views were fab ,and there was plenty of parking .

We discovered this property on *******, although the listing didn’t initially display the name, which gave us pause. It was described simply as a “Coastal 2-bed lodge with sea views, 24hr concierge, and a short walk to beaches.” While the description was accurate, the lack of branding suggested it might be a private listing rather than a professionally managed property. Upon reviewing the contact information, we were able to identify the company behind it. Interestingly, booking directly through their website turned out to be more economical—we received an additional 15% off their already lower direct price, compared to the higher rate listed on *******. The apartment itself was immaculate, with stunning sea views and a calming, homely atmosphere. The bedding was luxurious, and the interior design throughout the property was beautifully considered—particularly the state-of-the-art kitchen and the striking glass chandelier that greets you as you ascend to the upper floor. The transformation from the “before” images we came across was remarkable—a real credit to the designer. There was a faint plumbing odor upon arrival, but it quickly dissipated after preparing a meal, and it didn’t affect our overall experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. A cordless vacuum would have been a welcome addition for those staying longer, to help maintain the pristine floors. We stayed for a short visit and didn’t explore housekeeping options. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed coastal retreat, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Everything is almost perfect with the latest kitchen equipment. Wi fi connections to the concierge, from your hallway. A welcome gift in kitchen. The property itself is very attractive. There is a pathway to connect you to the coastal path. Which in each direction takes you to a near perfect beach. For which Cornwall is famous for. The in hotel services are a little undersold. Like breakfast can be ordered. And a bar is there if you look for it. The sister facility of outdoor heated pool or indoor which are without doubt exceptional . Gym. And Cafe/Bar. Are best reached by car/taxi.

Had a beautiful stay at Treylohan Manor. The room was gorgeous and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. We had a beautiful view out of our room and there is an access gate at the back of the property that takes you to a trail where you can walk into St.Ives in about 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Treloyhan Manor – it truly is a hidden gem tucked away in the most beautiful surroundings. The building itself is full of character, with elegant original features and a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the views over the gardens and the sea in the distance was a real treat. The bed was super comfy, and we appreciated the little touches like tea and coffee in the room. The location is ideal – far enough from the centre of St Ives to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to walk into town via the stunning coastal path. The beach is also just a short stroll away, and the views along the way are simply breathtaking. The staff were brilliant – friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure guests are happy. We felt so well looked after throughout our stay, and nothing was too much trouble. We left feeling totally relaxed and already planning our next visit!

We have just returned home from a 3 night stay at this stunning property. Having been sympathetically restored, it is now being managed by the Carbis Bay Estate whose attention to detail is outstanding. Situated in beautiful grounds, it is only a short walk from St Ives, via the South West Coast Path. There are always staff on hand, but without being intrusive. A special mention goes to Philip, who clearly takes enormous pride in ensuring your stay is as perfect as possible, and ours most certainly was.
