"Requested to pay a $100 security deposit for a 1 night stay costing only $60. Ridiculous to ask for 140% deposit in my opinion, and still waiting for it to be returned. Remedied calling the hotel on numerous occasions with no success. Praying that they may read this review and get it sorted ASAP! Thanks"

"I got locked in the elevator stuck for a long while then it moved to the second floor and I finally got out the house keepers just kept walking in my room not knocking before just unlocking an open the door I still did not get my 100 deposit back the knob on the toilet was broke the tv stop showing channels so no tv"

"The room was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. Bathroom sink had cigarette burns in it. Bed was suppose to be a queen but was a full size. Bathroom sink stopper wouldn’t open to drain. Toilet seat was barely attached. Bath towel had a decent sized hole in it. No hand towels. I arrived after 10pm so I had to use a phone in the foyer that disconnected me twice before getting to a real person to come down from the second floor to let me into the lobby and check me in.   I have stayed at other Extended Stay Americas but I will not come back to this one."

"Very nice staff, nice room, if a bit crusty around the edges. Great shower, TV was troublesome but staff fixed me up.  Breakfast was skimpy but sufficient. I had an Apple, a yogurt, apple juice, and coffee.  Having to deal with Trip.Com, online was a pain but I got thru it.  I’ll be returning to Belleville IL and will stay here again."

"We showed up at 4pm nn hour after there 3pm check-in started and had to wait over half an hour for them to get a room ready. They had not checked the previous customers out of their room, when they left, which seems sketchy as there is a late checkout fee. The bedding was covered in yellow stains and we had to get new bedding. I never filled out their review, but got an email notice while waiting for our room thanking me for my 5 star review."

"When I checked in they charged me even though the room was paid for already. They need to clean the whole hotel because it was dirty!  I called the night before I checked out to ask for a late check out and I was told to call back in the morning. When I called the next morning I was told I could not have a late check out because house keeping was already on the floor. P.S. they have signs in the breakfast area stating that you can not take food back to the room."
