Brilliant stay here, great location, special thank-you to Kacy and Sammy always helpful and friendly. Good selection on the menu food always hot and served with a smile. Room clean bed comfortable. Hopefully I will be back in the future. Thank-you St Austell.

Stayed in the Travelodge St Austell for 4 days and I highly recommend. We had a family room containing 1 double bed and a single bed. Very clean and the cleaners were around early every morning. Reception staff was very nice and very helpful. Would definitely book here again.

Wow what a brilliant experience we booked in a rush and forgot to mention my wife is in a wheelchair and I swear we have never been treated and looked after so well the reception staff Sammy and Michelle were outstanding and bent over backwards for us it was the best welcome I have ever experienced those girls are worth their weight in gold !!

Great service , special from Sammy, very warm , professional lovely person.We lovely spending time at the hotel xxx.Bed was very comfy, fresh,we feel like at home , I happy returns to the same place soon. Some day I hope meet again the same person.

Our first experience of a Travelodge and if they are all like this one we would certainly use again . I think what makes this one special is without doubt the STAFF who are the most friendly I have encountered in the hospitality industry nothing. Is to much trouble for them and are a credit to Themselves and the Travelodge brand. The place is very clean,well situated,the food is average but acceptable. WELL DONE
