酒店與火車站和市中心有一段距離，房間尚算乾淨，但有一浸霉味，最難接受是只有30分鐘免費wifi，之後就要收費，在這個年代還有需要wifi收費的酒店，確實難以理解

A two star hotel which is clean and great value for money. I have stayed in 4 star hotels that were not as good. Convenient car park and places to eat in walking distance. We took breakfast some days and got it elsewhere too. The breakfast is as good as other options and cheaper.

No air-conditioning, so ridiculously hot. The whole place needs fumigation. I saw flees and had other issues from there. Had one hotel staff cleaner just walked in my room without any warning or even saying house keeping more than once? Stains on walls floor, you name it. Not particularly clean in rooms. Alot of noise and reving of engines from car parks. I've stayed in many Travelodges Winnersh triangle Reading so far being the best, Rouche rock is also not great. The rooms are terrible, and good luck getting out of there without being eaten alive. This one most staff are really nice but the hotel has issues. M4 Reading although miles away, is actually pretty good and much quiter and cleaner which you wouldn't think for a motorway services but just shows its possible.

Generally, very happy with the stay. Some issues with the tea/coffee machine at breakfast. Also, the ambient noise around the hotel was a little more than I would generally like. Other than the above, it was a good experience overall.

Although the room was a bit small for a family of four, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-located.

4 days stay at this travelodge and have to say we had a lovely time. All team members were really nice and helpful especially Sammy 🙂 The room was clean and fresh and the bar cafe had a really nice new menu. Food was cooked perfectly. We went to see the Eden project, took a train to Penzance too. Recommended to everyone.

We had a fantastic experience at Travelodge and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. A huge thank you to Michelle, Gill, Ci, and Craig — you all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. From the warm check-in to the helpful local tips and the spotless room, everything was just perfect. It's clear the team truly cares about their guests, and it made all the difference. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!
