Luxury and newly refurbished house in a quiet courtyard development. Beautifully appointed to the highest standard. The house has a distinct homely feel. Whether you have been for a round of golf, long walk along the beach or simply a touch of shopping you will find the house extremely comfortable to come back to. You will also experience the impressive panoramic views of the famous Links Old Course and West Sands beach whilst also overlooking the Swilken Bridge from the comfort of the couch in the lounge. Ideally located only minutes walk to the centre of St Andrews where you will instantly be amongst the hustle and bustle of the shops, bars and restaurants. All parts of the university town are easily accessible by foot. The house can accommodate 6 guests in 3 twin rooms, all with modern ensuite bathrooms. There is a large bright open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area ideal for relaxing and taking in the views. Well appointed throughout, including a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available for one car outside the property. Deluxe bedding and towels are provided. Wifi is available throughout the house. Sky TV is available on the 55 inch television in the lounge and Freeview on the televisions in the bedrooms. A holiday property not to be missed. Perfect location for access to St Andews Links courses and downtown St Andrews. Unparalleled views of the Old Course from the living room window. The condo is well-appointed and very comfortable. Kerr is an excellent host and very responsive.

Family Trip to St. Andrews Our family had a lovely stay at 1 Links Crescent. With 4 adults and 3 children (8, 6, and 1), this home was the perfect accomodation for our trip. This was our second stay with Kerr and Suzanne and they have been nothing short of amazing hosts during our stays. Their communication prior to arrival gave us the assurance that our trip would go smoothly. With a large family traveling from the US, including young children, Kerr and Suzanne could not have been more accomodating during the check-in process. The home was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely week in St. Andrews. We hope to be back at 1 Links Crescent soon!

Best spot in St. Andrew’s A bucket list golf trip needs a bucket list accommodation, and 1Links Crescent is that place. The location off the 17th green at the Old course is unbelievable, the walking distance to all the other courses and the town and all the attractions is so convenient. The hosts are responsive and really want you to have the trip of your life. There is no where else to stay if you visit St Andrew’s.

Awesome Home Away From Home in St Andrews We had three couples staying and it felt like we were at home. The hosts were very welcoming and made our stay as seamless as possible. The view of the Old Course is unbeatable and the house had everything we needed for a week's stay. Plenty of room and very comfortable for all of us. Easily within walking distance of everything you need in St Andrews. I highly recommend this house for any group planning a visit to St Andrews for golf and everything else that St Andrews has to offer.

Views of holes 1, 17 and 18 at the Old Course OK, rent this place, you can see the Swilcan bridge easily from the living room! The hosts were great at answering questions. Very prompt! Very accurate description of the property. We woke up every morning to watching golfers play the old course. Kitchen, showers, garage (for golf gear)… all great…. I hope to rent again in my lifetime.
