Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever ( Mr zahoor , Mr Altaf , Mr Showkat ,lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

What a wonderful suit. Interior like the king's room. Comfort like intercontinental. Food wonderful. Staff lovely and caring. Dal Lake can be seen from the window and only few steps.

Memorable Stay During TAAI’s Rally for Valley During TAAI’s Rally for the Valley initiative to revamp Kashmir tourism, I had the opportunity to stay at Kashmir Mahal Resorts as the Honorary Secretary of the Kerala Chapter. The experience was truly memorable — the resort beautifully reflects authentic Kashmiri charm with its elegant wooden interiors and serene ambiance. The hospitality and courteous service of the staff added to the comfort of our stay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special.

Excellent service and food , Altaf bhai was always on his toes for us. The food is the show stealer , hygienic and clean place and a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend. The property is also spaced out. The shop accompanied by has great stuff w amazing quality.

We stayed for 3nights.Rooms were clean and spacious.it is very near to dal lake, you can stroll around the lake by walking from here.allamenities were good.food service was very good everything was very tasty and made very fast.Mr Ishfaq was very very helpful.you can see view of mountains and dal lake from the balcony of room., 💕💕💕💕😁

Over all very good service.... All staff member are good.. Ishfaq & Zahoor are very good... Food is very delicious... Nishant garden is near by hotel by walking distance. Dal lake view is very good from the resort. Park is also very good for kids enjoyment.

The hotel is very beautiful made of wooden craft. Very artistic and designed very well. Services are very good. The food tasted awesome with varieties. The hotel is just 500 meter from Dal Lake. Mr Altaf and other staff served us well. Can be referred.

Travelled with Family.... beautiful and luxurious place . Thanks to Altaf and team for the hospitality. Will certainly like to visit again. The views of the rooms are good and accessibility is also convinced. It was a safe place to stay with family
