I stayed for 1 day in Monarch Houseboat between 23 Nov 23 - 24 Nov 23. Below is my experience - When we entered into room n after 5 min we were going for a walk. When we came to walk i saw my airpods pro was not there. We called to Ajaz wangnoo n told him about my airpods and he was like no one can stole your airpods from here. We checked our entire room at the end we found my airpods outside the boathouse. someone stole it n hide it into the grass. Some how Ajaj knew it was his worker fault but he denied. in my room there was no lock in bathroom room. This is something very inconvenient especially when you travel with your friends. No electricity on boat every time we asked to Javed he replied us very rudely. Breakfast was not served properly. There was only 1 omelette served for me. Beyond which the caretaker was not willing to provide more. The only alternate option was poha which is uncooked. Javed behaviour was so rude. My opinion to everyone never ever go to this boat house.

I stayed for 2 days in Monarch Houseboat between 31st May'22 - 1st June'22. Below is my experience - - Out of 2 rooms, in 1 room there was no charging point. This is something very inconvenient especially when we carry multiple gadgets apart from phones etc. - Blanket and bed sheets were dirty and pathetic. Refer to the picture which I have uploaded ***** with feedback. - Breakfast was not served properly. There was only 8 parathas served for 6 people. Beyond which the caretaker was not willing to provide more. The only alternate option was omelet which I opted but other vegetarian members in my family had to give up with breakfast. - When above issues of dirty blanket, bed sheet and breakfast was raised to the owner, Ajaz Wangnoo, his behavior is too rude. He never accepted these acknowledged these issue. - The hotel staff did not provided any support or help to load my luggage back to my car. Over all it was extremely bad experience. Rude owner, filthy rooms, bad breakfast and non-supportive staff made it a very bad experience for me. Spending INR 20k for 2 nights for this houseboat was a wrong decision for me.

I travelled to Kashmir last week with friends and stayed at Monarch houseboat for two nights. Its a beautiful experience. The houseboat is luxurious, very well maintained and the owner Jan Mohammad, his son Aijaz, and the caregivers Akbar chacha and Irfan were most caring and ready to cater to all our needs... Food served was delicious and everything worked absolutely on time... They also arrange airport pickups and drops as well as cabs for going to town. Must try experience.

The property features quite capacious accommodation and offers all necessary facilities like front desk, laundry, parking, room service and many more making the stay a memorable one for guests. In case of medical emergency doctor on call facility can also be availed by the guests. It has a backup generator within the property incase of power failure. To satisfy a foodies palate, multi-cuisine restaurants are available at the hotel that serve Indian, Chinese and European fare.
The rooms of the property are sumptuous, well lit with cosy interiors and elegant furniture that emanates a feeling of sophisticated living. Essential amenities like television, telephone and many more are also provided by the hotel. They have well maintained attached bathrooms fitted with essential toiletries. The highly motivated and well trained staff of the hotel provides exceptionally attentive, personalized and warm service.
