The hotel was booked by our travel partner as a replacement of the scheduled one due to unavoidable circumstances. Our trusted partner booked one category and the front office played smart. Gave us a very tiny room. Upon asking for a bigger room, they said it wasn’t available. A few phone calls later it suddenly became available. Transparency issues. The rooms don’t have any sort of carpeting . The centralized heating doesn’t work. Both of these are non negotiable in sub zero (like AC/Fan in summer). They provided a small room heater which barely warmed the hands. There was electric mattress though. Cleanliness was below average all around. We somehow spent the night there. There is a breakfast provision which is totally forgettable. We initially had 2 nights but that one night was enough and we checked out at the earliest the next AM.

The breakfast is boring and the toileteries are not kept fresh. View from window of room 4004 opens to a blank wall. Only the front arrival hall looks good. Kitchen and restaurant are worthless.

As such the hotel is in lane so you dont get any view of the lake but its at a walking distance from the lake. I was given a room on 2 nd floor and the room was very small however my other family members got a room on 3 rd floor and those rooms were better and spacious than my room. The hotel was clean and tidy but i guess the charges are really high. One can get better rooms on a property with a better view.

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Neat and clean. The staff are very well mannered and very helpful. The restaurant is very good.

Hotel royal batoo is good. But it's all gadgets are very old. It needs refurbishment. Behaviour of desk staffs are very stiff. Not so cooperative. Breakfast arrangement is very chaotic.

The place was not maintained at all. The room and bathroom was dirty. Have taken pictures for proof. In-spite of contacting the property they did not help. We wanted to extend our stay for couple of nights in-spite of the flaw since we had traveled for the last 7 days. But the management stated that the property is sold out.

a nice and comfortable hotel, with the standard comforts expected.. good value for money. very helpful and ever smiling hotel staff.. breakfast spread is good. if they could include more local flavour options in their meals then i would have upgraded my rating. good location too. for the price a nice and comfortable hotel i will recommend to people
