I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience with The Lalit. As someone who trusted the brand's reputation, I expected a high level of professionalism and service. Unfortunately, what I experienced was quite the opposite. Despite clear commitments made by their team regarding a refund process, I faced continuous delays, lack of communication, and vague, open-ended responses. I had booked through their sales team, trusting their assurances over my usual vendor — a decision I now regret. Their failure to honor timelines and the ongoing lack of accountability has not only damaged my professional relationship with my client but has also led to unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience. For a brand of this stature, such negligence is shocking. I sincerely hope they reflect on this experience and improve their handling of partner and client commitments. Until then, I will be reconsidering any future bookings with The Lalit.
