Drastic difference between the photos and actual stay, inadequate amenities concerning the washroom. Poor food quality.

Houseboat was good. Room was very clean and cozy. However there is nothing to eat. Only maggie. Also since its a house boat you are dependent on shikara to go to road. There is no other way.

Location ok, food quality is not good, frequently light problem, fan not working, shikara people created problems while coming and going both ways. Shikara came very late and they want extra shikara ride for customers and tips also

Pros: nice, clean rooms service is good staff is good and helpful cons: no table sitting outside area only buffet option is available. Buffet is average (all meals)

The Sikandra Houseboat was a great experience. Great hospitality and comfortable accommodation. Great value and experience . The owner himself came to pay us a visit which was a welcomed and pleasant surprise. The staff were great and very helpful. Will definitely visit them again should I happen to visit Shrinagar.

We had a great time staying at sikandra. Iqbal and tahir are great at service. Definitely a visit is highly recommended.

Nice boat to a family stay. Boat is highly beautiful and clean. Hygiene is at best. Staff are very friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend this boat for a family stay.
