Excellent Location, Breathtaking Views, Politeness and Hospitality of the Staff is excellent. Price worthy Property. The property is nestled between the serene beauty of Dal Lake in front of it and mount zabarwan behind it. It's easily accessible and best for morning walks specially to experience the Rising Sun from Dal Lake. It keeps you away from the clustered and over polluted part of the Dal Lake. Here you can actually witness the beauty of the Dal Lake and have a great walk during anytime of the Day without any traffic. The property is really good for long stays cause the staff is extremely polite humble and their hospitality is top notch. Highlights of the city commute : A minute walk to Dal Lake 10 minutes walk to Botanical Garden and Tulip Garden 10 minutes walk to Makai Point 10 minutes Drive to Dal Gate 15 minutes Drive to Hazratbal Dargah (Shrine) 15 minutes drive to Shankaracharya Temple and Shalimar, Nishat, Pari Mahal Gardens. Half an Hour drive to Dachigam National Park. The owner personally takes an update of the well being of the guest.

Scammer... They will promise you nice Rooms &Services but the reality is far far away.. they misbehave with you once u reach the property.. will ask for whole money else they will scare you to cancel all your booking.. The rooms don't have the basic functionalities as well.. they will restrict you to use the common space as well... They offered you that they have there own kitchen for vegetarian but they will serve you pathetic food purchased from outside vendor.. they offered you good property at the time of booking but will change your booking to some average property that is far from main location... pathetic owner and property experience.. don't book.. NEVER NEVER

Worst hotel management. Owner is super rude and the worst person ever met. Food quality was terrible. Reached hotel at around 9 p.m and the owner started demanding money for all three days booking even when booking was done with 50% amount and that also in very rude manner.

Location Approximately 7 km from Dal Gate where usually tourists stay. Unless one has self conveyance- for every small thing you need to struggle. Ther is nothing to do around this place. The place is near Dal Lake but far from any other tourist attraction apart from Tulip Garden. We did not find any tourist near Dal Lake. There is nothing to be done after sunset. No shops/ restaurant around. Very limited public transport available nearby. We had a morning flight and getting conveyance from that place is difficult in the first place. We managed to get one, but it costed us 50% more. Room The facility maintenance is good but room sizes are extremely small. It should be called a bed only room. In terms of facilities inside room- there was only a small tea table and a chair. There was no place to keep luggage. Hence, we had to keep luggage on the floor and there was no place to walk. Every time we called for a cup of tea, we had to struggle with our luggage. No toiletries provided initially. First time we asked- we were provided with one small soap and a small shampoo. We had to reason with the person for second soap. There was no comb, moisturiser etc. We asked for additional bed sheet- it was not provided. Although Srinagar was cold during our stay- there was no water kettle in the room. We were told that there was only one water kettle for the entire facility with more than 10 rooms. Getting one bottle of hot water used to take more than 45 minutes. However, it was not available to us since there was only one such thing available to the staff for the entire facility. Staff There were only two staff in the whole premises- they do everything strating from sweeping the premises to pose as receptionist, as cook as well as room service. They were very gentle but helpless and overburdened. There was a large group during our first two days of stay and getting connected with them was a struggle. Food They provide breakfast but that is provided after 8am. We requested for 7 am – they did not provide. We could only have breakfast two days for our four days stay since we had to start early. In terms of breakfast there was Poha/bread toast/Upma- taste was bland. Since there was no toaster in the dining area- by the time toast was reaching us- it was cold and not fit for eating. The facility does not have any cook- they bring food from some hotel. The cost is atleast 50% higher than what restaurants charge in Srinagar. By the time food reached us- hot soup became cold soup and stuff also were cold. Taste was not bad although. Host Altaf Wangnoo is the owner of the property. He does not keep his word. He is extremely sweet till you pay him. If you pay him partially- he will keep on asking for more. Once you pay him 100% he will tell you how business should be done. The facility has few rooms from where you can have a view of Dal Lake. We booked for Lake Facing room. It was not honoured. When we asked him, he started giving us details about his bu

First I booked heritage rose inn hotel in shrinagar for 2 days, but I fully impressed with its cleaning and hygienic ,so I stayed here my all 6 nights.I want to thank arbaz sir and staff and hasarat bhai . Arbaz sir helped me to fulfill my dreams like paragliding and others.I suggest to all who want to enjoy in kashmir visit in heritage rose inn hotel and make your dreams true......I enjoyed so much in kashmir with the help of arbaz sir. Hotel location is very cool. Good place & very good services, cooperative people's in the hotel. Clean & beautiful ambiance, Recommend must visit with friends & families. Overall our experience is good.
