It was my 2nd vist in Kashmir with my wife We stay at welcomheritage grand srinagar we have enjoy there hospitality the service was very excellent the rooms are very comfortable and clean the breakfast was too superb and tasty fresh Mr Aqib he is very generous person and entire team at hotel they made out stay memorable...

We are avid travellers. Welcom Grand is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The decor, the service, the food, the ambience, is par excellence!! I would rate this property 5 star!!This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The early part of my kashmir trip I stayed at Lalit but while going back I wanted a decent place for a two night stay. Since we had two day trips we just wanted to keep luggages and freshen up and go for the trip. But O boy what a surprise. This hotel turned out to be much more than those hyped 5 stars. Well decorated big clean rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby. But you wont need those restaurants because the food served in the hotel restaurant was out of the world. The tastiest food I had during my 10 days stay in kashmir. I am not exaggerating. After my first dinner I walked up to the reception and told them that this was the best food in town and conveyed my greetings to the chef. I was not happy with the too soft mattress and I also conveyed to the front desk. When I came back later in the evening after my road trip, I was quite surprised that they actually replaced the mattress for me Fantastic hotel and when I would definitely recomend this hotel to everyone .

A wow experience starting from check in, housekeeping, food, ever smiling faces and the warmth of love and care. Right from the time you check in Rahul and Yasmeen will greet you with warmth of Kahwa and their extensive knowledge about the place and how to enjoy everything at maximum. The food served was exotic and yummy in every possible aspect, Rohit and Zameer are the people responsible to satisfy your taste buds. The food is so well served by Sumair, Meenu and Khushbu that you always feel at home. Lastly our host Mustafa Uncle was a charismatic personality and all the knowledge he gave made us understand the history of Kashmir and how it has been developed and taken care. Never felt we are away from home or in a distant land as he cared and checked on us whenever need be. I would highly recommend this property to people who want to relax and have an exotic experience in every aspect possible.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
