The location is good. staff was very co-operative and hospitable. Food quality was good. BUT... water supply was irregular. which was a bit problematic.

Stay was good, staff is also cooperative & helpful. Having issue with Restaurant, as they are not at all attending customers who haven't opted for Buffet Lunch/Dinner/Breakfast. They completely ignore customer's without Buffet, despite there are hardly 2-3 tables with Buffet customer.
Without restaurant services(ignorance) all good with Hotel Milad

It’s is good hotel. First time i visited srinagar. And staff is good and humble people. They’re very cooperative. And i am taking about facilities wifi is not working. And i like the way of service like breakfast and dinner.

The food is good, and the staff behavior is commendable. However, the property needs better cleaning, including pest control to address cockroaches and improved maintenance of linens.

Good Property. Recommended stay. Heated rooms and good services. Centrally located hotel with all amenities. Recommended for couples, families and groups. Customer support is also good. Planning for Srinagar, book Royal milad for your stay

Room was spacious and heating was also good. Room service was fine too. They had a clean washroom. Lalchowk is hardly 2 kms from the hotel. Food was also ok. The only drawback was the staff do not even smile when you enter the hotel and when you vacate all the staff surround you and start to ask for tips which is not good.

The hotel experience was very bad, they allotted the top floor small room which was too cold, they do not have proper power back up and due to which heaters are not working, we got sick and forced to cancel the next day plan, This hotel has peculiar process which involves manual intervention whenever power is backup and heater need to be ON ed, we need to call again and again then only heater can be ONed. Worst experience and wasted 1 day as caught cold while staying in the hotel. Also, we tried many time calling them stating that water heater is not working but was no luck. :(
