I had the worst time of my life at this resort today. We 4 friends went on a trip and stayed at Paragon Hotel. Checked in 09-04-2025 and took these two rooms, room number 412 and 414. Everything was good, but I got a bad buzz while checking out (11-04-2025). They did not get 1 hand towel from our room. For that, they kept a fine of 500 taka. Although we did not find it anywhere after checking our bag repeatedly. The room was checked 2-3 times. Even then it was not found. Maybe it could be because of the mistake of the Shine Up team. As a guest, I feel the biggest insult in the behavior of an official named (Aziz) at the reception there. His approach was very bad which is really upsetting for guests like us. I mean, the hand towel did not go outside the resort? Where did it go missing? 500 taka is not a big deal. Those who can spend so much money to stay there have a lot more self-respect than money. Finally, due to Aziz's behavior, I was forced to leave the hotel with a fine and regret. Such behavior is not desirable to maintain the reputation of Paragon. I am drawing the attention of a higher official to the matter. Let's move forward, Paragon.
