Paragon Hotel & Resort

I had the worst time of my life at this resort today. We 4 friends went on a trip and stayed at Paragon Hotel. Checked in 09-04-2025 and took these two rooms, room number 412 and 414. Everything was good, but I got a bad buzz while checking out (11-04-2025). They did not get 1 hand towel from our room. For that, they kept a fine of 500 taka. Although we did not find it anywhere after checking our bag repeatedly. The room was checked 2-3 times. Even then it was not found. Maybe it could be because of the mistake of the Shine Up team. As a guest, I feel the biggest insult in the behavior of an official named (Aziz) at the reception there. His approach was very bad which is really upsetting for guests like us. I mean, the hand towel did not go outside the resort? Where did it go missing? 500 taka is not a big deal. Those who can spend so much money to stay there have a lot more self-respect than money. Finally, due to Aziz's behavior, I was forced to leave the hotel with a fine and regret. Such behavior is not desirable to maintain the reputation of Paragon. I am drawing the attention of a higher official to the matter. Let's move forward, Paragon.

It’s more like a hotel than resort. Somehow i feel this is the small version of Grand Sultan in a budget (Grand Sultan is the nearby 5 star luxury resort which is much more expensive) The total area is not so big but nicely decorated and well maintained. The room was clean & tidy. The service was top north. Probably i've experienced the best hotel service inside Bangladesh. My child got sick at night and we required them to arrange some medicine. They brought the medicine from Sreemangal town after midnight. We are so grateful for this kindness. The pool is nice and clean, although we didn’t use the pool in winter. The lunch tasted average but breakfast was good. Just one small suggestion (hope Pargon authority would see this review). They should provide one or two thin & soft pillow for the people with neck problem like me.

This is a good hotel with good service and under reasonable price. Though still soft opening on going. But I think you will love this place. Big swimming pool surrounded by tillage and tea garden. Local restaurant near by and only 500m from the main road.

Welcome drinks was pineapple juice and it was Tasty. Room facilities were awesome with pillows, blankets and so many. Swimming pools facilities were best and we all colleagues used it to our fullest. Bar B Q zone was used for our games. Total area was neat and clean and smart hotel employees also make an impact. Foods were delicious. In a zist, everyone of our team love the environment, facility and hospitality.

Amazing place for vacation. One of the best place to visit. Beautiful indoor and outdoor. We get a 5 star hotel service from them. Specially the GM ( Mr Motin Sharkar ) is a good man. He gave us so much facilities. Excellent behavior. Best of luck for them…
